I run a motel and the network for the guests is working fine. So now I'm setting up homegroup for office folks. One of the employees just got a new Win 8.1 system. I have no idea what he did (neither does he of course). Some how he is admin of the homegroup and has no idea what happened. I've coached him how to leave the group. Somehow he left the group but is still the admin. I can not, for the life of me, figure out how to kill the home group, make me the admin, and start from scratch. Any comments or advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Dusty

You would need to make sure that every machine that joined this Homegroup has left the Homegroup then create a new one on your own machine.

I'm sure what you mean about the Homegroup admin? There is no such designation that I am aware of.

It's very easy to accidently create a Homegroup with Windows 8/8.1 without even knowing it.
