Universal Serial Bus controllers error Code 39

Hi. Please help me. So I was just using my laptop, and that day the USB port won't detect anything, except the laptop's fan. I tried any way I could Google, but I cannot still fix it. When I went to the Device Manager, This is what I found :

What do I do?

I do not what to do with it. Please help me! This is an urgent. I wanted to backup my files for school. Thank you very much.

It is always nice to know what you have tried already from your google search.

Try this:
Uninstall all the devices listed under "Universal Serial Bus Controllers".
Then restart the laptop. Windows will reinstall all the default drivers.
You may need to reinstall the USB 3.0 driver manually, so make sure you have that ready, or download it from the manufacturer's website.
