Hi all and thanks for your help in advance. This problem is driving me nuts. Did a fresh install of Windows 7 64 bit on a Packardbell Easynote TE69, all was running fine for a while but then on shutdown/restart I would get a hang that would last for 5 minutes or so. When the system was turned back on I would occasionally see a BSOD flash up, every time after the hang I would get the "Your system has recovered from an unexpected shutdown message" with error code 0x0000009f. Googling has turned up little. I have found the same error codes in event viewer in relation to Bugcheck under event ID 1001. Driver Power State Failure pops up loads when searching and so does updating my Wi-fi driver which I have done but no change. The only other symptom is that my usb mouse only works intermittently, I have tried several new ones, but the problem remains. I have attached my minidump file. Any help would be awesome. Thank you.
