'Unspecified' at top of all Explorer windows

I don't know what's happened, but all of a sudden in all Explorer windows I open, the word 'Unspecified' appears with the number of files in the window/folder beside it in brackets.
Does anyone know what this is, and how I can get rid of it?

Alt-Print Screen, Open Paint and paste the image there. File>Save As, pick location and name the file and save as jpg. When posting here, use Go Advanced button, select Manage attachments. In the window that opens, select Choose and navigate to the location that you saved the file and select it, then click the Upload button and wait until you see the file listed in Attach Files. Add any comments that you want and submit.

Cancel that. I fixed it.
I had somehow told Windows to 'Group By...' on the View dropdown menu.
