Unstable Wireless Network, How Do I Fix It? :(

I have the problem since the day before yesterday, the problem is, sometimes, I can connect to the interent, and a few mins later, the connection was lost, and a few seconds later, the connection is back. How do I fix it? I want to play CS:GO... with my friends.

Plug in Directly...online gaming is best hard wired in.
Are there any other wifi signals in your area. Interference cause's what you are describing.
Cordless Phones, baby monitors, microwave's...all cause interference...same 2.4 ghz freq.
