Solved What is this and how do I fix it without crashing ?

When I'm turning Windows 7 (x64) off sometimes I get a message about changing users. I'm the only user ! It looks like I have a computer for a public place like a library. I did a command line thing and typed in DIR for drive C. Screenshot is included. Have a good one and thanks

Without seeing the shut down message it sounds a normal option like shut down restart swicth user

You always have the Public directory. Doesn't matter if Guest account is enabled or not.
