hello,
well... the title says it all !
all else seems as it's always been... mostly fine !!!
but starting this morning (yes, I had some updates....) my right clicks seem to dwell in porridge before the drop down list becomes visible...
I made a restart... just in case - which changed nothing !
have any of you had such experience ?

I would roll back the updates and see if the problem goes away. If so then if you want the updates you should install one by one checking the symptom each time. I know it's a drag. That's why I only put on updates that solve problems I know I have. At least until the next service pack.

Usually a problem with right click means an Explorer extension is buggy. It doesn't respond when Explorer notifies it or it responds very slowly, like looping through a whole bunch of stuff first.

Edit: Another method to track down the bad update is use ShellExView utility and disable the context menu items until the weirdness goes away. If you can narrow it down to one update then just remove that one.
