You're aware RKill should only be used if there's malware present that interrupts security programs, and only stops any services and processes and does nothing else?
Check HP for BIOS updates.

Yes, there is a BIOS Update at HP.
I follow the procedure to install it.
It does the procedure but does not update the BIOS.
I have left a Post on the HP Forum about this three or four days ago.
There have not been any responses yet.

I have posted on the HP Forum.
No response yet as to why the FLASH Procedure does not work.
It runs and appears to work however, the new BIOS is NEVER loaded / installed.
I am at a loss until there is some additional feedback on how to make it work.

There are times where we get a message that Windows recovered from some catastrophic error.
There are times where we actually witness the PC power itself down and restart.
There was one time where something triggered a complete Disk Check of the entire C: drive.
On several occasions the PC would go into what I call 'DOS' mode, displaying text screens like DOS.
There are times where simple functions like Disk Cleanup or Defrag take an hour or so verses five minutes.
I am not a techie but have thought the Power Supply or Hard Drive may be failing.
Windows 'Create and format hard disk partitions' and Belarc shows the Disk as 'healthy'.
That's what I remember has been happening for about two or three months.

Since I last posted, I moved the Hard Drive from my HP 6300 to an HP 8300.
Things went well overnight.
This morning, the same Blue Screen with a message on it appeared.
The message is very long and goes away quickly as Windows does a recovery.
I will attach the message Windows presents after it recovers.
I guess I can rule out a failing Power Supply.
Does that just leave a failing Hard Drive and / or Windows?
I will clone the Hard Drive today and replace the original.
Is there any advice that I need to hear?
