How have you been removing programs so far?

You can remove them through control panel/programs and features or by using a third party tool such as Revo Uninstaller--which you can download.

+1 vote for RevoUninstaller, FWIW. Perhaps you could attach a screenshot(s) of whats in your Control Panel>> Programs and Features and I and any other friendly SevenForums users could assist you in discussing/deciding/debating :p what to uninstall/what to keep.

HTH

EDIT TO ADD: I just read thru your topics here and here and IMHO you are receiving/have received excellent advice from users on both threads, particularly Yussi (koolkat77) on your BSOD topic. My advice to you would be to slow down, take a breath and stick with Yussi... don't try to do too many things at once by opening multiple topics and possibly making a bad situation worse by receiving conflicting advice/directions...etc.

Hopefully helpfully,
