I am having issues updating my Interent Explorer. I am now running Version 9 and I need to update to 11, but everytime i try to download the update I get an error code. I have tried to download a couple of things including the repair tool. I don't know what to do I have attached a cpl of things so that it might help.

I'm having the same issue (with the same code the OP is showing, 9C47), and that's going from IE 10 on a Windows 7 Starter netbook. Doing an online search is leading me to the conclusion that this is not an individual computer problem, it's with MS. Here's one thread:

IE 11 fails to install on Windows 7 HP PC, get error 9C47 - Microsoft Community

I gave up, as I seldom use IE anyway on the netbook. There were 16 other updates that did install successfully, however. IE 11 is the only one there was a problem with.
