Not sure if this is the correct file.

I always see updates when I intend to shut down the computer, which rose my suspicious.

In the end, I found out it is because of installation failed. Which I tried installing it by going to Windows Updates, and after rebooting the computer, I saw installation not successful. But no error was given at all.

It's not - please read and follow the instructions.

However, it does give us a pointer....
Code:

From the looks of that you may have some malware present.
What AV are you using? is it up to date?

Please downloadand install Malwarebytes Anti-malware(free version) from http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/- UNtick 'Enable free trial of MBAM PRO' at the end of the installation - and update it, then run a full scan in your main account, and Quick scans in anyother user accounts.

What do you mean by AV?

I just used the Malwarebytes to scan and delete everything it found. Error still occurred.

I had the SURT downloaded and installed.
Had it scan and everything is ok via Command prompt
Error code does not appear on the print screen on the link given.

Instead, during loading of Windows, it say:"Failure configuring Windows Updates, reverting changes.

What am I missing out?
