643 errors such as this can be very difficult to cure - but we'll see what we can do.

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data
If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

That at least is clear :)

Back to your SFC scan.
Although the scan results are clear, there are a lot of errors in the background CBS data - most looking like this...

YOu have a couple of interesting errors -

The 'regi' service failed to start
The 6077757b service failed to start

The system failed to flush data to the transaction log. Corruption may occur.

amongst others.

Let's take a closer look at the first two

Please open an Elevated Command Prompt and run the following commands.

SC QC regi
SC QUERYEX regi
SC QC 6077757b
SC QUERYEX 6077757b

Post the results

Here are some instructions to make life easier :)
1) To open an Elevated Command Prompt Window (the ECP window), click on Start, All Programs, Accessories – then right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt.
2) To run the commands easier, highlight the block of commands, and right-click on the highlight – select Copy. In the CP Window, click on the black/white icon at top left – select Paste. The commands will run but may not complete the last command, so hit the Enter Key once.
3) To copy the results... click on the Black/White icon in the top left, and select Edit... 'Select All', and hit the Enter key - then use Ctrl+V or r-click+Paste to paste it into your response.

Interesting - both the service problems relate to the same driver file, so that is probably why one of them is causing problems.

We need to remove that registry entries after checking that it is not actually necessary.
Do you have a listing in your Programs & Features list for any Intervideo programs at all? If so, then they should probably be uninstalled and the registry re-checked. If not, then we'll have to remove the entry manually and see if anything falls over.
Once the entries are properly cleared, you could reinstall the Intervideo software if necessary.

The things of note in your attachements are
1) You appear to have no Anti-Virus installed
2) You are running with UAC disabled.

Add the two together and you have an incredibly insecure PC - which is possibly riddled with malware.

The attached picture or the installer error is a sign that you should find out where that installer came from - it's at least 10 years old, and incompatible with 64-bit Windows. If it's from a program/hardware that you need, then see if the manufacturers have an updated version available.

It looks to me as if we can simply remove the regi.sys registry references, and see what happens - you shouldn't be any worse off than currently.

Before we even think about that, though - let's have a look at the integrity of your system as far a malware is concerned...

Please download and install Malwarebytes Anti-malware (free version) from http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ - UNtick 'Enable free trial of MBAM PRO' at the end of the installation - and update it, then run a full scan in your main account, and Quick scans in any other user accounts.

Delete everything it finds

Hello!

The things of note in your attachements are
1) You appear to have no Anti-Virus installed
I have Norton 360 Installed, I don't know why it docent show, Norton have check installed and they say everything its fine...
2) You are running with UAC disabled.
I don't know what is UAC ):

Add the two together and you have an incredibly insecure PC - which is possibly riddled with malware.
I have installed full future Malware:
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware v2.02.1012
Glary Utilities 5 W/ Malware Incluided

The attached picture or the installer error is a sign that you should find out where that installer came from - it's at least 10 years old, and incompatible with 64-bit Windows. If it's from a program/hardware that you need, then see if the manufacturers have an updated version available.
I'm going to try to Google it, see what I can find out (:

It looks to me as if we can simply remove the regi.sys registry references, and see what happens - you shouldn't be any worse off than currently.
Yes, please...I can take another photo to show you where this problem show, if you wanted to know location..
Before we even think about that, though - let's have a look at the integrity of your system as far a malware is concerned...
I did Full scan with Norton 360 on Sunday + Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, Thank you for you concern!
both dint found anything = excellent news
.
The attached picture or the installer error is a sign that you should find out where that installer came from - it's at least 10 years old, and incompatible with 64-bit Windows.
I have try to Google it to delete such software, I use with XP, but I still searching how to delet it, But Understand now, thanks to you!

Windows should be able to see Norton installed - if it doesn't, there's something seriously wrong.

UAC is User Account Control - AKA Least User Access(LUA) - the setting you apparently have removes all warnings that something is attempting to change Windows settings.

Glary Utilities is potentially worse than 'the problem' - it's (so far as I know) outdated, and potentially dangerous. The last time I used it - admittedly a few years ago - I found it trashed a perfectly good install. Which version do you have installed?

You say that you have Norton 360 installed - is it up-to-date? Have you kept it that way since the initial installation? What other AV's have been installed on this machine?

Norton has a nasty habit of attempting to decide which Windows Update it will allow to install - with varying error messages resulting, and varying ability to circumvent the problem.

Windows should be able to see Norton installed - if it doesn't, there's something seriously wrong.
I have run what is called from Norton NPE, and it runs fine, what it dose check Instal, Issues & Updates

UAC is User Account Control - AKA Least User Access(LUA) - the setting you apparently have removes all warnings that something is attempting to change Windows settings.
The reason I did that is 'cause when I run software like:
123CopyDVDPlatinum 2013, Keep asking me if I wanted to run it. By the way am the only USER. if it helps, for you to know!
PC Model is Toshiba Qosmio X505 Q894

Glary Utilities is potentially worse than 'the problem' - it's (so far as I know) outdated, and potentially dangerous. The last time I used it - admittedly a few years ago - I found it trashed a perfectly good install. Which version do you have installed?
Glary Utilities 5 Pro. v5.1.0.4

You say that you have Norton 360 installed - is it up-to-date? Yes, from Yesterday Have you kept it that way since the initial installation? No, the version come's in re-Installed its not Norton 360, so I reach technical support to Installed other version I needed, by removing and Installed 360. What other AV's have been installed on this machine? None, Well I have full software with you might be familiar, System Mechanic Professional v12.7.1.2

Norton has a nasty habit of attempting to decide which Windows Update it will allow to install - with varying error messages resulting, and varying ability to circumvent the problem.

System Mechanic as well??
Oh dear....

Registry 'Cleaners' are probably better described as registry destroyers

My only suggestions are
1) Attempt a System restore (if it works, you may get lucky!)
2) Uninstall System Mechanic, and Glary Utilities, then do a repair install of Windows
3) A clean install.

I don't have the time to attempt to manually repair systems where potentially three dangerous 'cleaners' have been run.

Registry 'Cleaners' are probably better described as registry destroyers

My only suggestions are
1) Attempt a System restore (if it works, you may get lucky!)
Yes, I did that on Friday
2) Uninstall System Mechanic, and Glary Utilities, then do a repair install of Windows
You men By using Recovery Media DVD?
3) A clean install.
loll That is pain to me it take just about a day to restore everything
I don't have the time to attempt to manually repair systems where potentially three dangerous 'cleaners' have been run.

Glary its unstable software?
System Mechanic as well?
I dont know what is the other one, on youre list!

Can I do clean restore, with out needed to install everything back again!

I don't have Office CD, I download a version from some where, is there a way can I go to Microsoft and download it from there by using same key I have now?
I do know you have that Option with office 2010.

Thank you
