Yes, it comes with other feature as well. another reasone I like to use Norton 360
But also I know every software scan registry different, with is why I use different register software + freeware (CCleaner)
To do the job, witch am no sure how to do that manually, I relay on software's.

The problem is that there is no such thing as a 'safe' registry cleaner - CCleaner is about the least harmful of the lot, but is still dangerous if taken off the default settings.
Do yourself and your computer a favour and stop using them.
