Upgrade Advisor only found 32-bit driver

Ok, I'm wanting to go from Vista 32-bit to 7 64-bit. I ran the upgrade adviser and it said my Linksys wireless adapter needed action taken. I went to linksys website, but only found the 32-bit driver, and I'm guessing that won't work on 64-bit, right? I have the WMP54G ver 4.1 if anyone can help me out. Thanks.

I'm having the same problem with my Pantech UM150 broadband modem. Good luck. Seems device manufacturers a lax in updating drivers for W7.
