I am concidering upgrading my graphics card but its confusing trying to pick a card. (Some are £30 with 2GB of memory and others are £150 with 1GB... huh?) I'm looking for a good card, preferably AMD just to have it matching the CPU (that probably sounds silly) but it doesn't matter all that much, that would go well with my system so as not to create a bottle neck;

AMD FX-8320 Vishera FD8320FRW8KHK
MSI 760GA-P43 (FX)
Samsung DDR3 4GB PC3-10600U 1333MHz x2
Seagate Desktop HDD ST1000DM003
Corsair CX600M

My top budget is ~£100

Or is my current card (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 SE) ok?

Hi BlastHardCheese
Here are a couple of AMD Gpu's that are in your budget, both card's are slightly over your budget in most stores but I found them cheaper at AriaPc. I did look at Nvidia too but none of the card's in your budget would be as good as the ones I listed. If it was me I would choose the first of the 2 because it has a better cooler and a slightly higher core clock.

Gigabyte Radeon R7 260X OC WindForce £97.99 inc. VAT Gigabyte Radeon R7 260X OC WindForce Graphics Card - Aria PC

MSI Radeon R7 260X OC 2048MB £96.78 inc. VAT MSI Radeon R7 260X OC 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card - Aria PC

If you could raise another £40 then this would be a nice improvement over the first 2.
MSI Radeon R9 270 Gaming 2G AMD Graphics Card - 2GB £137.99 inc. VAT MSI Radeon R9 270 Gaming 2G AMD Graphics Card - 2GB - Aria Technology

Edit: The prices don't include shipping but Aria are pretty reasonable with the cost of shipping.

Clock speed and Memory does not always matter. The actual performance matters. PassMark Software - Video Card Benchmarks - High End Video Cards Look at this list and look for the GTX and Radeon GPUs. You may be surprised at the performance with the amount of clock speed and memory. EVGA - Products - EVGA GeForce GTX 760 w/ EVGA ACX Cooling - 02G-P4-2763-KR This or something similar from a brand that is available in UK.

That card would be pretty much double his budget in the UK sadly.
