Uploading Video Problem

I have searched these forums and found some advice, but not enough to solve this dilemna. I am able to upload videos to Vimeo, Kunaki and VideoRebel with my older Vostro 220s running XP Pro, but not with my brand new XPS 9300 running Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

I use AdAware Total Security for anti-virus and firewall. Even disabling these does not help. I plugged the ethernet cable directly into the cable modem also. Not using malwarebytes.

It's quite a mystery!

Does anyone have a clue what the problem might be? Many thanks in advance.

Thanks for your response.

The problem WAS that although the interface indicated the video was uploading, it actually was not (similar behavior in Vimeo, Kunaki and VideoRebel).

Dell tech service finally figured out it was AdAware Total Security software...which had to be removed by Revo Uninstaller. Now I'm using Microsoft Security Essentials, and uploading problem is fixed.

Hopefully this post will help others that run into this problem.

Thanks again for your response.
