Gooday All,
I have a major problem (to me anyways
) My old Motherboard just gave up working so I replaced it with an Asus P9X79 Deluxe Mobo, thinking I may as well upgrade into something decent for a change, and everything went well until I tried to boot it up for first time, with no success, so I tried to do a repare install with Win7 Pro 64b boot DVD, which promptly told me that all the bootable drives had MBR Partition Tables and that on EFI Systems Windows only recognises GPT Partitions, so cannot repare or install and thats it. 
I have no idea what Windows is talking about because I have only ever used MBR Partitions, and don't know anything about EFI Systems or GPT Partitions.
Can someone here give an old bloke a hand please, hopefully to change the boot system on the hard drive without loosing all the data and OS.
Failing that how to install Windows with the new GPT Partitions?
It's Urgent because I only have a loned Notebook and it has to be returned soon
