I was just curious what causes/enables the URL's posted on Seven Forums to update with a description?
e.g.
When posting this URL on Seven Forums -
It displays like:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/91-welcome-windows-7-forums-tutorial-section.html
However on another random forum it displays like:
