Your motherboard does not have Renesas USB 3.0
Your motherboard does have this:
ASMedia® USB 3.0 controller : *7
2 x USB 3.0 port(s) (2 at back panel, blue)
Intel® Z77 chipset : *7
4 x USB 3.0 port(s) (2 at back panel, blue, 2 at mid-board)
Intel® Z77 chipset :
10 x USB 2.0 port(s) (2 at back panel, black, 8 at mid-board)

*7-1: Supports ASUS USB 3.0 Boost UASP Mode.
*7-2: The USB 3.0 ports only support Windows® 7 or later versions.

Install the proper chipset drivers & the USB 3.0 drivers from the Asus website.

Try any or all until you find one that works. I am not familiar with your USB3.0 controller, my 2 computers both have Resesas 3.0 controllers.

Installing a driver for non-existent hardware won't hurt anything, Windows just won't use it.

or should i use those for Z77 MB ?

From the Asus notes, you might need this, too. It's not very clear which are the right ones.

okay, we can run the SFC /SCANNOW several times. Sometimes that gets the problem. If not move to the repair install.
