USB Flash Drive always reconnecting

When i plug in my flashdrive to USB port
Its detected (coz theres sound after plugging in) but its immediately disconnect/reconnect after 2-3secs
I know the basic of electronics but i cannot apply it because my flashdrive case is fixed.
Is there any software that can fix it.?
Please help me.

Hi there .... Is your flash drive damaged ? Have you tried using it in other usb ports ?..... Or on another computer... ?...Do other Devices work with your usb ports ?

Not working on other ports and computers. . I remember that yesterday I forgot to SAFELY REMOVE it
