Hi,
I've just bought a gaming keyboard and it works fine with the OS, however I'm unable to enter BIOS or
navigate Advanced Boot Options with it. They keyboard's back lights are on during the time, but it is not
responsive. My old USB keyboard works fine however.
Things I've tried:
Made sure the Legacy USB option was enabled in BIOS
Under "Boot Options" I set the USB devices as "Full Initialization" so the computer recognizes every USB device during boot.
Inserting the new keyboard in different USB ports.
Any help is appreciated.

No, the arrows are separate from the number pad. Thing is the keyboard doesn't work at all during boot. It's backlights are on, but keys don't work (if I press NumLock or CapsLock the lights don't turn on). When the OS is loaded, the keyboard works fine.
