I do apologize if I'm not in the right section and I have already searched through the forums as well up and down looking for a fix but so far nothing has worked, so it started last night when I noticed just my keyboard in a certain USB port wouldn't work after trying other ports and reset I finally got it to work and assumed it was an issue with the wireless keyboard itself, as of today now none of my USB ports work, they are all receiving power I've checked with multiple USB devices, but none of the will actually connect to my PC, I have done many resets, including turning off PC, unplugging, holding down the power button for 30 seconds, leaving it off for half an hour and turning back on, have tried all ports with my mouse, headset, phone, keyboard and they app receive power but don't connect itself, I have no way of navigating through menus to get to any device manager, or to attempt to update drivers, which I imagine e is the last step to try before it comes to reformatting, and I'd really prefer not to have to go through that long process, does anyone have any thoughts or other steps I could take to further diagnose or resolve this issue?

Edit: further more I know its not an issue with any of these devices, I have a much older computer that properly connects to all of the devices I have mentioned above that won't connect to my PC.

Try the keyboard in the BIOS environment, or using a Linux boot stick/disk, in order to determine whether this is a Windows or hardware issue.
