I have a small Mobius camera I attach to my computer via a USB port to charge. My computer doesn't recognize the camera. Device manager has a yellow exclamation point next to one of the USB ports saying "Unknown Device".

The camera doesn't seem to be charging as the green (Charging light) is constantly on. Once the camera is charged the light turns yellow.

I've tried updating the driver but there is no driver available to install or update, it just says "Unknown Device" in the driver section/box. Or the latest driver is already installed.

How do I fix this?

It was my camera settings that needed some attention. Device manager has no exclamation points now. USB port recognizes the device, all okay.

Glad you got it fixed.

I thought I fixed it, but still needs to be fixed. I think it may be the camera battery, I'll have to check it out?

I just pushed the buttons on the camera to get it working the last time, but not this time? So once again, back to square one WTF?
