Solved USB used before reinstallation of OS?

Hi experts,
I want to know that anybody using USB before formatting the system/reinstalling windows, after reinstallation can i check that whether they used USB before installation & formatting or not.
Is it possible or not, if possible then how can i check it?

If my subordinates uses USBs with their system and after some time they format the system and reinstall windows, can i check whether they used USBs before re installing windows or all data have lost (means log file etc).

I'm not sure I understand you question but I shall try to answer.

Windows 7 will not have (remember) any information on what was use before the reinstall.
Any data that was store on a external device using USB ports should still be on the external storage device.

I want to know only after re installing whether i can check they plugged in USB before re install. Whether it is possible to check or not?

No you will not be able to see what was done on the computer before you installed Windows 7 again. Once you did a re-install all the old information of what was done one the computer is gone.
