User BSOD every few days

I have a user that keeps getting a BSOD caused by fwpkclnt.sys. here is the debug info. Can anyone shed any light on this?

It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the .zip.

Tons of HP Probook 650 crashing

We ordered new laptops and they are all crashing, I will attach the zip file. Any help appreciated

Uninstall McAfee Using McAfee Removal Tool. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Then scan the system for possible virus infection with the following programs, it is needed for a safety reason.

• Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller
• Windows Defender Offline

Let us know the result.

Edit: Also Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

1. Click on the Start button
2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
3. Select the “Startup” tab.
4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus and the touchpad driver, SynTPEnh.
5. Apply > OK
6. Accept then restart.
