user profile problem

i am having problem with windows 7 user profile.
i hav made 2 profiles, main one works fine but when i log in to 2nd account then i wont load. instead a temporary profile gets loaded everytime.

i am using windows 7 home basic 64 bit OEM
i need a solution for this asap. thanks in advance
