I have been getting this same error for several weeks and I really do not know what could be causing it. All I know is that every time I use the browse command or open file command in any program, the resulting window looks like this: http://embed.gyazo.com/4870a310164601f2de670cac434b8e4c.png

Gokay, that actually worked, now I just have to narrow down the program causing the problem.
EDIT: It seems that unchecky was causing the problem. I don't understand why, but you helped me fix the problem so thank you.

Good job.

Try re-installing, and see if it happens again? :)
