When playing League of Legends computer screen goes like this at random times. And for few more seconds sounds in background still working but they start looping then. And only way to use computer again is to restart at this time.

Here is list of crashes. (All crashes in the list are about this problem but when I try older graphic card drivers, error codes and names are changing.)

There is no overheating issue I think because after 20 minutes in FurMark it reaches to 86 degree but no crash or something like that.

Operating system is Win 7 Ultimate x64. BIOS is up to date. I use ATI Radeon HD4650, Intel Core 2 Duo 2.2 GHz. Could it be RAM problem? Because RAM seems 4060 MB despite 4 GB is equal to 4096 MB?

It looks as though your graphics card might be failing, but I could be wrong. Normally that sort of thing is caused by an overheating graphics card, including the audio looping.

If I remember correctly, a Radeon 4650 doesn't have a fan. 86C under Furmark is a little high for a Radeon card. I agree that it may not be a heat issue if it is getting that hot for any sustained length of time, but I would not run the card using Furmark if it is getting that high. At least not for a sustained period. It may damage the card.

It would almost seem like this is a DirectX or graphics driver problem, but I'm still leaning toward hardware.

Does the crash give you a BSOD?

Much thanks for answer.

There is no blue screen but as you can see there is list of blue screen errors. When this problem happens, screen stuck like in the photo and nothing can be done but restarting pc. You are most probably right about hardware part of that. Also there is no fan. But I use exceptional cooling system. But I am unsure about a thing:

You know there is pipeline which cools CPU and GPU by connecting them to a one fan in laptop itself. And a technician said that, this pipeline is not working efficently and told me to buy a cooler system. It actually worked, without this system everything on PC was lagging crashing etc. But this error only happens in League of Legends game. So buying a new graphics card will change results? Or because of this pipelines, new graphic card would do the same thing like this too? Or should I change pipelines completely?

Ok. I'm a little confused. Is this a laptop? Or is it a desktop? Your specs say desktop.

Sorry I forgot to say it was HD4650M, not desktop version. It is laptop. And I took a photograph of pipelines.

I mean this yellow-golden coloured pipelines.

Also I noticed while taking photograph, fan sometimes stops and running again and stop again while only this website is open. Is it a problem or because of there is nothing to make computer heated while only thing is working is a Google Chrome.

I installed x86 version of Windows 7 Ultimate which I have got, (I mean in installation screen I picked x86 one and insalled it on other disk) but same problem happens all the time no matter which driver, OS version I use. Also chcked Updates for Windows 7 and they are all installed.

Time to clean up the laptop :). Have it cleaned by a laptop expert if you are worried that you're gonna break stuff in there.

It is clean, an expert did it. I think fan looks very clean in last photograph. Doesn't it? :D
