I am running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and I keep getting a random BSOD error. It happens quite often but never after any recognizable action. I do have to say it tends to happen most often while streaming Netflix. I have checked all of my drivers for updates (at least I think I have) and I still cannot fix this issue.

I have just encounter a new BSOD error that showed up as IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. This also occurred streaming Netflix. I have attached updated dump logs as well.

New unique BSOD error.

I have just recently encountered another third unique BSOD error I have not yet seen. This one was titled BAD_POOL_HEADER. Naturally I have included updated files for these errors with this post. It is possible that these are all related correct?

A Few of your BSOD do point to the Graphics driver. Even though you have updated the drivers for these... I would suggest you remove all the software associated with ATI like the Control center and the Fuel service...as these are known to cause BSOD.... and install only the driver..

Disable the below from Services.

  1. AMD External Events Utility
  2. AMD FUEL Service
  3. ES lite Service for program management.

Please remove these from startup through msconfig
  1. CurseClient
  2. Dropbox
  3. HP SimpleSave Monitor
  4. Google Update
  5. Steam
  6. msnmsgr
  7. uTorrent
  8. GoogleChromeAutoLaunch_4E6299B33FA0592A57BB7C6E94F010D2
  9. OfficeSyncProcess
  10. AlcoholAutomount

Let me know how this goes.

I have disabled all of those services and startup services. However, when I go to uninstall the GFX components there is quite a large list of things. Is there anything I should be worried about uninstalling or should I just uninstall everything and then reinstall JUST the driver. The list includes things such as "AMD APP SDK Runtime, AMD Display Driver, HDMI/DP Audio Driver, AVIVO, AMD USB Filter Driver, and other tings related."

Not yet, as I said though they are very inconsistent. However, after uninstalling my Graphics software and rebooting I noticed I still had a graphics driver installed from a previous date. Is it possible that there was a conflict between both drivers and that was the cause?

Well you need to reboot after disabling these.

Anyways ... its ok to have a previous version of the driver. when you uninstall the latest drivers... Windows does role back to the previous version of the driver.

If you have removed the software.. you can go ahead and download latest catalyst software.. but this time only install the display driver and nothing else.

Still receiving irregular BSOD's and just now I got an entirely new unique error. This error was titled MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS. As always I have included the dump files for you.

Please update you Etron USB 3.0 Drivers. One of the latest BSOD is caused by this...
