Very Very slow shutdowns!

My Windows 7 suddenly developed an issue where it takes an incredibly long time to shut down. It's taking anywhere from 3 - 5 minutes to shutdown. I've searched on many forums and read different things and have tried many of the things that were suggested but nothing has worked. My system that it's installed on is a Dell Mini 10v that is triple booting OSX, Win7 Home Prem, and Ubuntu. I really don't want to have to rebuild it because configuring all of these is very time consuming.
