Video chatting

Is there any possible way that i can get into a multiple video chat with macs using win7?
A great portion of my friends have macs and i can never get into the multiple vc's they're having.

I am currently using Aim7 and wondering if theres anything i can do

are they all using aim for video chat or another client? when we are talking about getting multiple users on various types of OS's to do these things it become a bit more tricky so as much information as possible would help.

they're using a mac and using Ichat while i'm using AIM
