can not be viewed after being downloaded by Windows 7.
When I attempt to view these clips I get an error message:
Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.
These same files can be read if downloaded on my computer with the XP OS.
What am I doing wrong?

Changed to three individual drives after HD crashed. May return to RAID5 if I locate a suitable HD.
