So I have downloaded videos that are from my classes and when I am playing them through the default windows player they work fine but when I switch the video between monitors it goes black and sometimes will slowly appear back bit by bit and sometimes they will stay black. If they come back and I keep playing on same monitor it will work fine but audio continues no matter what I do. I have a dell g15 ryzen edition laptop with the nividia geforce rtx graphic installed, Any advice? Also note any video played in browser works fine when switching monitors and does not lose video just downloaded video.
