View Log to solve (Not Responding)

Everytime I leave my house with my computer on, and I return most of my programs end up NOT RESPONDING

How can I figure out what is causing this issue so my programs dont hang like this?

Does your computer go to sleep while your gone? If so, that may be the problem. Try changing the power settings so it doesn't sleep. Let it turn off the display after a set time and setup a screen saver. See what that does for you.

That looks right. When you return has the computer gone to sleep or hibernated anyway? Sure sounds like it.

When i return its sleeping I believe, and so is my screen...

but everytime when i return (especially when I leve google chrome running) my internet doesnt seem to work.. always forced to restart

Take a look at the event viewer link Dude posted, see if anything there gives a clue.
