Cannot access email. I attempted to use process explorer to see if I had a virus and it will not connect to the internet. I am on the internet though. Unable to send or receive messages for the Nycap.rr (chuckhig) account. The connection to the server has failed.

Socket Error: 10013 I ran malewarebites,superantispyware with no results. Wife got a blue screen telling her to call a number is how this started. I restarted the computer and the message went away...the problem did not. Any help appreciated.
