Your problem is the vga graphics adapter.

You need to find the correct driver for the hardware you have.

Fill out your system spec's, and then we can help with the driver problem.

Piece of cake. You need to go to support.dell.com and download the driver for your video card or chipset. If you use the express number it will pick them for you. Once you install the driver your monitor should work about the same as in XP.

While you are ther you should download the chipset, audio, bos, and any updates that they offer vista or win 7 drivers. Vista drivers will work in win 7.

I also have a 2600, an 8300, an 8400, so im pretty familar with dells driver

I also have a Dell W2600 TV. When I attempt to plug the DVI cable into the TV from the nvidia graphics card...the screen is black. I can get a signal from the S-video cable but the resolution is horrible.

I've checked the Dell site - there are not any drivers (W7 or otherwise) for the W2600.

I know that the drivers for my GTX 260 card are correct. I downloaded and installed them last night - they are working great with my monitor (also connected via DVI).

Will these older drivers that were posted (originally for XP/NT/ME) work?
