It seems this is something new, as many search result's doesn't offer a whole lot of "real" solutions on disabling/removing the frustrating and persistant file/setting.
How do I permanently disable and/or remove it?
I noticed some threads and posts here on the forums are asking how to create a "custom search".
I haven't created anything "cse" at all unless it' a default setting in google-chrome that I'm not aware of.
As for as I have searched, the google help center says it may be due to malware.
Malwarebytes doesn't detect it.
