Wake up button on keyboard does not do anything?
I brought an Advent k112 keyboard a while back.
It has sleep, power and wake up button.
I took the sleep and power button off the keyboard because i accidently used to hit those 2 keys. Since i took them off ive had no problems.
But i was just wondering why the wake up button does not function. I tried it when i hit the sleep key and power key before taking them off but nothing happened.
Weird

Take a look at Bios settings, may be there is something to be actived like wake up from ... Keyboard.
By what you say it seems sleep works , but doesn't re-wake up ...

With my machine, wake from keyboard means hitting the space bar. Your special key may not be recognized by BIOS to wake the machine up.
