wamp and IIS in windows 7 ultimate 64

hi
i installed wamp and IIS on windows 7 ultimate 64 disktop.
we use it in localnetwork to browse some spicial scripts for our company and we allow some ip`s to view the sites from out the local by domain registered in dyndns.
we use windows firewall advanced rulles to deny all ip`s frpm browse the site and we use too .htaccess.

i hear a lot about Comodo Firewall and zoneallarm and armor.. is thoses better to block ip`s from outside than windows firewall and will give us more security?
in the pc we use kasperskypure but we reinstalled becuse its not work good with team viwer .. so we installed mse AND maleware byte.

any suggist pls for what is the best plan for full security my sites and database and machine?

i want ask about your suggist about what is the best ways and softwareS to protict my wamp security. and does the software for folder lock will do that for me or its will make problem with wamp? and is there a good software for encrypt databases in wamp in windows 7 ?

i manage the windows firewall for that

but is that enugh? can i do more thing to make it more secure? a friend advice me to use juniper or cisco
