@NRT Stormy means that your 385W power supply is not enough. (Lower quality power supplys can put out less Watts that they are said to. A more HQ one can do what is said, and with something high-end you are guaranteed that it will perform a little better than it is said.)

Doesn't change the fact that there is zero difference in the supported resolutions between the two cards you mentioned. The cards may have been made by MSI and Sapphire, but the chips themselves and any drivers for them come exclusively from AMD,

MSI just listed what it is capable of when using a dual link DVI capable monitor. Beside anyone buying a monitor that supports a resolution that high for gaming won't be buying a mid range video card to play on. Doesn't make much sense to match up a high-end monitor with a low-mid range video card, and have to scale back the resolution and/or settings just to play.

Then it is your choice. For the past 4 years I was running with a 300W config on a crappy 2 year old 385W psu (not my current config , and my old HDD is still very fine. (which means that there were not much voltage fluctuation, which kills the components on the long run)

The HD 5450 is a low end entry level card, that hasn't a chance of playing something like Crysis beyond low settings. The HD 5770 is a mid range card that can play it reasonably well and medium settings,

You want a card that can play games like Crysis and such at high settings, you're going to have to look much further up the video card ladder.

There is also a rather large difference in the power requirements between the two (use the 5750 in the chart),

The 5450 would likely be OK on your current power supply; the 5770, I wouldn't risk it.

More doesn't mean faster at all, just means the card can run and load higher textures if the card is fast enough to make use of the extra memory on the card. For the most part more than 512 MB of memory on a low end video card is like putting lipstick on a pig.

I think the best deal is the "Gigabyte GV-R577UD-1GD HD5770 1GB DDR5"
Esentially you want 1GB of DDR5 (GDDR and DDR are the same) memory, and 'non-overclocked' models (it is pointless to go with a more expensive one which has +100mhz, you can OC later yourself if you want.)
In adittion this card has many ports.
