watch dogs system requirements announced.

Steam have relased the recommended system requirements for watch dogs. which can be found here:

Looks like its going to be a very cpu bound game, interestingly it only requires a mid teer gpu.

Dam those are some high spec requirements for the high end and low end. Not that it's a problem for me since i'm upgrading to a fx 8350 soon anyways and have 8gbs of ram already though my video card is on par with a 560ti.

im not so sure on their claim though as a core i5 is faster in most tests than an fx8350, soo surely an i5 is required?!?! unless its actually optimised for multicore gaming on a level not used in games before!

It does not really surprises me, it is an Ubisoft Game after all, perhaps even less optimized than the other console ported games they churn out on a monthly basis... all you need to do is keep an eye on their dedicated forum and see everyone's cry and then you make a decision whether you want to buy it or not

Who knows could possibly be optimized for multi core. Could provide some amazing results if it's. Also going to wait for a sale on this game, not going to get on release and going to be some time after i'm finshed upgrading.

Video on the pc version of watch dogs devopment and some footage. Game looks good graphic wise, I think I can see were the high specs are coming from.

I'll wait for the real gameplay graphics to comment but yes, the trailer graphics do look good.
