WBM Status 0xc0000098 I am lost. Need Help ASAP

The Windows Boot Configuration Data file does not contain a valid OS entry. This happens when I boot to the HDD

I am so lost. I did make a repair disk for Windows 7, here is what happens when I boot to the repair disk:
System Recovery Options searches for OS but doesn't list any, so I go ahead and select Use Recovery Tools that can help fix problems, oh and by the way I have tried the restore your computer option, and was able to see all my important files and programs are still on the hard drive, which is now D: drive, anyway back the steps, I click on Startup Repair, searches for problems, then I get Startup Repair cannot repair this computer automatically. I did do a few recommendations in the Command Prompt along the lines of Bootrec /Fixboot all the way to rebuild, which I probaby did wrong and the reason Im getting the Status 0xc0000098. Any direction as to what to do to fix this. This has created a big financial burdon on me as I am a web designer and have clients waiting on me. Thank you.

In that need to preserve mode I would be in, I would get another HD on that system ASAP and do a fresh install on that one without your current one attached at all, until the fresh 7 install is finished. (so the new drive will be configured to boot, check bios boot drive list and make sure it stays ahead of the other, at least temporarily the DVD drive will need to be #1)

Data recovery off that old drive can always be done via EIDE/SATA to USB cable/adapter as long as the HD is not 'dead' that would then require a clean room environment and a huge expense, but should be backing up critical data frequently when $ is riding on it.
