WD my book 3tb not showing in my pc & manager asks to initialize hdd

my WD my book 3tb usb hdd isn't showing in my computer no longer for some odd reason & computer manager asks to initialize the hdd before logical disk manager can access it
then i can select between MBR or GPT

? is how to go about backing up all my data without losing any
this will be the 3rd or 4th time messing with large amounts of data a)with backing up b)restoring or trying to repair a 2tb hdd or 3 TB lol any help much REP if so

i also did diskpart to see what it listed as and im thinking its
disk 2 online sizo 0 free 0

Have you tried to connect it to a different computer? A good snapshot of your disk management window might be able to help anyone here to figure out what issues you're having with your drive.

Ok I treid it in my ps3 it showed as unsurrported usb device*
I then treid my old pc & it showed under computer manager but not in my computer
then treid a smart tv and here is the vid. Of that
