Web Browser Opens Up Random Sites?

I'm having the same issues as BP96. I've ran AVG, Malwarebytes, Regcure, Hijackthis, MSE... everything seems "clean." However, my browsers (IE8 & Google Chrome) randomly open web pages. It's really annoying and slowing my memory.

The first time this happened (about 2-3 weeks ago), AVG detected trojans in svchost.exe and explorer.exe but could not clean them. Then a friend of mine helped me run Hijackthis (it is a little too technical for me). Now, my antiviruses, antispyware/malware do not detect any single "virus," yet my issue persists.

HELP!
