Hi. I have an emachines em355 netbook with a Windows 7 professional in it. My webcam doesn't seem to work. I mean, it's working but i need a third-party application(Skype, webcam browser app like Neave) in order to use it. The device manager says it's installed and works just fine. How can i access my webcam directly? I saw other laptops and they have this webcam icon when you open My Computer. Mine doesn't have any. Also, I installed every available/recommended/compatible driver, each was installed perfectly but still, no direct access to webcam. Please help me.
My Computer
- OS
- Windows 7 Professional 32-bit Netbook
Also uninstall some stupid apps like freecorder 7 which added some screen capture filter in my webcam and damaged it
