Weblinks strange behavior in Windows 7 Word processors & Chrome browse
PROBLEM FOUND: hyperlink text mismatched with hyperlink
I'm using Chrome browser, MS Word 2003, and Textmaker.
Web links in my documents stopped working correctly. In Textmaker when I hover over a link at first it shows the correct link and then as I go down in the document and hover over others it starts to show the wrong link and one specific link is then connected with all links. When I click on different links they all go to this one link as if it's stuck on that link. I tried updating and rebooting and it does not change Clearing browser cache does not help. At first I thought it was just Texmaker but am getting similar behavior in LibreOffice.
Same behavior in Wordpad at first a few links worked right and then they starting going to the one link.

When I first open the document the links toward the top work correctly. Then as I go down they stop working right and go to a specific Quora.com link. I tried deleting the link and it still happens. I'm in the Twilight Zone.
If I export the file as text only and view links in Notepad they display correctly and will work. So the problem is not in the data itself but in the way that Windows in relation to word processor hyperlinks is failing to function.
I saved as rtf file which contains several links and uploaded it to: Links stopped functioning righ--weird Twilight Zone experience - SoftMaker.com In my system, when I hover over the first few they show correct location and will work. When I get the the bottom three links the location shown at hover is wrong and it goes to the wrong location even though I can't see any such link as is shown within my document.
