Website is online but is not responding to connection attempts.

Okay, after fighting with this for the last two weeks, I give up. I three computers losing connectivity at seemingly random times. Sometimes it's just one, sometimes all of them, and it happens several times a day with the one I use most. Networking troubleshooter gives me the error in the thread title.

All three are wireless. (I know it's not ideal for testing, but I live in the country and have limited internet options, so there is no way to test a wired connection.)

My phone can connect fine, and never has any problems with the wi-fi.

Even when a pc has trouble connecting, I can still ping sites from both ip and site names. I can also still see the other pcs in the network and share files between them (even if one is offline, and the other can connect)

I'll answer anything else I can. I'm usually pretty decent with everything non-networking. Any help would be appreciated.

Please download Adware cleaner from the link below.

Save it to your desktop.
Right click run as admin.
Hit the scan button.
Allow completion.
Make sure all items are ticked.
Hit the clean button.
Even if no items are displayed to be ticked hit the clean button anyway.
The machine will reboot this is normal.

Report FF Proxy Settings
List content of Hosts
List IP configuration

List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size
List Devices (problems only)
Click Go and post the result.
