WEI test cannot be completed

Keep getting the same error over and over, tried many things (inclduing scf /scannow) but to no avail.

This bit basically says, maximum time passed, computer too slow, test stops.

What seems to be the problem?

What language is your OS currently using, and what was originally installed on it? Is one of the two English?

I've built the system from scratch and the current one is Turkish.

It always stops progressing at media playback (tried myself: cannot play the videos located in WinSAT folder. First couple frames and nothing else)

What is your official error? I'm having a problem as well with WEI not being able to read my HDD. See this post.

WEI timeouts at "Tuning Media Decoding" phase and gives an error about not being able to complete the test.

I've cleared the OC but still the same error.
