My speculations have nothing to do with my administration issues or... that other problem.
the point we are making is the fact if your an admin on the pc and you can't open device manager ect. that you have something else going on besides the sleep problem that is causing your sleep issue like for instance you have someone looking at your pc remotely or controlling it that way. that is worse case scenario of course lol.
