It will be one of the 3rd party Startups listed in msconfig>Startup or >Services (after Hiding all MS Services).
You can google each to study them, turn them off one at a time to discover which it is, or you can just go ahead and disable all of them except your AV, any sync, gadgets/stickies you use. Win7 doesn't need anything in the list starting up and most are freeloaders or spying on you anyway.

Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 here to check over your system thoroughly.

Thanks for the quick reply now that i'm looking at it the error started the day after i installed comodo firewall so i can probably guarantee the comodo firewall is the cause because i've had everything else in startup forever

I would not use the Comodo firewall as we've seen problems with it before here. What works best for performance is the Win7 firewall with
Microsoft Security Essentials.
I see Jacee is here so you can direct any security concerns to her in our Security forum as she is one of the top Security experts anywhere.

Many here use and like Avast. I'd be sure to do a Custom install of it so you leave out the gadget and web crapware.

Install
CCleaner and Run Cleaner, then from Registry tab Check for Issues and Fix them.
Establish a Clean Boot as shown in
Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.
Check the web for a Comodo Clean Up tool. Most bad bloatware have them by necessity.
If possible System Restore to before you installed Comodo.
As a last resort unhide Hidden files and delete all AppData temp files and the file referenced.
